The next Mid-Lancs cross country takes place this coming Saturday at Lawson’s Ground, Blackpool.

The course is flat and well drained and so is an ideal opportunity for any new comers to try cross country.

Spikes or trail shoes may be worn.

The Ladies race is 6k starting at 1.30pm

The Men’s race is 9.8k starting at 2.15pm
