Update, as required, the online membership Renewal/Application form in co-operation with WebAdmin Team.
Update changes/additions to membership details throughout the year.
Notify members that appropriate subscriptions, as agreed at the AGM, are due from 1st April.
Monitor the automated membership reminder/renewal notices as the appear.
Liaise with England Athletics re club Affiliation fees and members’ Registration payments (April/May).
Register new members, if appropriate, with England Athletics and pay their fees.
Maintain club and members’ details on England Athletics website.
Reply to new membership enquires as appropriate.
Arrange for new members to be welcomed into the club.
Attend monthly Committee meetings and/or provide a monthly membership report.
Produce an annual membership report for the AGM.
Promote the club when and wherever possible.
