Mid Lancs XC at Lancaster

The fifth Mid-Lancs XC fixture takes place at Ryelands Park, Lancaster this coming Saturday – 17th February. The course is predominately flat but there will be muddy patches. Spikes are best, if you have them.

The women run 6k and start at 14.00.
The men run 9.6k and start at 14.30.

You must run in a Wesham vest and if you haven’t got your Mid-Lancs number yet you can pick it up from me at the Wesham tent on the day. Brews are served in the tent after the race.

The first six home count for the men’s team and the first four home count for the ladies team.
If you would like to car share meet at the cricket club at 12.15.

Hope to see you there.

British Athletics Cross-Challenge Liverpool

If you wish to enter Liverpool you have to be pre-registered, and I need to submit names by Wednesday 14th November.  Numbers will be given out on the day at the tent.   The times of the Senior Races are as follows: Continue reading
