Details of the new Off Road Championship are now online.
Couch 2 5k
Wesham Road Runners are organising another beginners programme in the form of a Couch to 5k (C25K). Places are limited and online registration for the course is required to guarantee you a place. Please see our Beginners Programme for further detail.
Registration for the course takes place on Wednesday 15th January 6.15pm at Kirkham Cricket Club.
