ADVANCE NOTICE of the 2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

To All Members,

 

The Annual General Meeting of Wesham Road Runners has been arranged for Monday, 9th February 2009 at Carr Hill School at 8 o ‘lock.

 

The venue will be in Room No.LRC1.

 

Please take this as prelimary notice of the meeting, and the request for nominations and notices of motion. All such nominations and notices should be made in writing to the Secretary to arrive no later than 28 days prior to the meeting .i.e. 10th January 2009.

 

Nominations are required for the Committee as all posts are up for election.

 

The AGM agenda will be as below,

 

  1. Receiving the Annual Report of the Committee.
  2. Receiving the Audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet.
  3. Electing the Officers and Committee for the ensuing year.
  4. Electing the Honorary Auditor.
  5. To consider any proposed changes to the Club’s Constitution that has been submitted in the necessary manner.

 

Each fully paid up member shall be entitled to one vote at this meeting.
