RELAY RACE FOR TEAMS OF 3

11th July 2008 @ 7.15pm

COURSE: Approx 2.8 Mile Lap on Herons Reach Bridle Path

START: At rear of Blackpool Zoo Car Park.

The race is a staggered start with either 2 or 5 minutes between each lap start (dependent on weather).

ENTRIES: THIS EVENT IS A CLOSED EVENT FOR UKA REGISTERED RUNNERS

£9.00 per Team. Cheques payable to “LANCS FIRE A.C.”

NAME CHANGES/LAP CHANGES ALLOWED ON NIGHT.

Age limit is 13yrs or over.

PRESENTATION: At Blackpool Fire Station at approx.8.15pm

REFRESHMENTS: Hot Food with drink (Free to runners - donations welcomed)

CHANGING FACILITIES: At Fire Station - Limited showers and WC’s

RULES

(1) Vet teams qualify by majority vet. age or age of youngest veteran member.

(ii) Composite teams qualify by majority gender.

(iii) Fire Service Team must all be members of Fire Service Sports Clubs.

(iv) Mixed clubs teams are encouraged - club vests are optional.

PRIZES: TEAMS ONLY - One prize per team. Must be collected on the night

1^st and 2nd Fire Service Teams.

1^st, 2nd and 3^rd Composite Teams.

1^st, 2nd and 3^rd SF, FV35, FV45, FV55, SM, MV35, MV45, MV55 & MV65 Teams.

1^st and 2nd JMU20 and JFU20 Teams.
