urgent request re membership details

Dear Members

Peter and I have spent some time this morning updating the Membership List on the WRR Website to correspond with the recent Membership List sent to us by Pete Cooke.  However, there are several discrepancies in the information we are receiving.  I know some of you have changed email addresses but evidently have not informed Pete of the changes. Please check your email addresses in particular as they may be slightly different and if you are not receiving emails from me on Round Robins and wish to do so - again - let me know please?

So that your details are displayed correctly, your wishes as to whether or not you want certain information to be displayed on the website and whether or not you want to be included on Round Robin emails, please can you look at the Current Membership List on the website and, if your details are not as you would wish, please get in touch with me on brenda.earnshaw@btinternet.com and I will correct them immediately.

This list is also used for distribution of the WRR Magazine so, if I don't get the correct details you may miss out.
