New notice from Dave Waywell re CLGP 9.3.2010

CENTRAL LANCS GRAND PRIX

Sponsored by VLA Events

Wesham Road Runners have entered this series of races to provide yet another challenge to the members against eight other clubs some of which are smaller than ourselves and some slightly bigger but the challenge for us is to get the number of runners required to make up the teams which is:-

10 for “A” and 8 for “B” teams.

Vets teams constitute 6 runners and Ladies teams are 4 runners.

As an explanation of the above the first 18 Wesham runners to finish would make up the A and B teams. The first six Wesham Vets to finish make up the vets team and obviously the first four ladies to finish the ladies team.

The best six race results count for the individual competition with team places decided on the best eight results.

NOTE:  There is no extra charge to members of the CLGP clubs entering on the day however it is the individual’s responsibility to inform the entries desk recorders of there CLGP status to claim the deduction.

I will ensure entry forms are made available via the club round robin email system and also to notify you all of any league/ individual progress reports I may receive.

For any information there is a site on the Wesham RR website allocated to this league. You will find it on the Contents Menu of the Homepage under Club Competitions.
