ENGLISH ATHLETICS

Hi folks

I am sorry to have to ask you to do this but I am attaching a copy of the England Athletics standard membership form, from where I will be able to obtain all the info we need to send in the membership data. Please can you complete it and either e-mail me at the address below; send it to my home address, (also given below) or give it to me direct on a Monday night.

We are having a members meeting a week on Monday and it would be nice to have them back by then. Also the earlier I can complete the spreadsheet the earlier we can get your licences and cards.

We have sent a cheque for the affiliation fee, (£50), but need to send a spreadsheet with all members’ details on and this form provides all the relevant details.

I could probably download a copy, photocopy them and complete them all myself, but it would be easier if you could do it for me!

Once the spreadsheet has been completed then I will send it off to England Athletics with a cheque for the amount payable at £3 per member.

This only includes competing members WHO HAVE PAID THEIR SUBSCRIPTIONS by the time I send it in. Once the list has been sent in then a number will be issued, together with a licence.

If you have not paid your subs, and do not intend doing, please can you inform me at the following e-mail address or my home address.
